📦 Shipping Policy

All merchandise from No11 Port Andratx is made to order and fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printful. Please allow the following timeframes:

  • Fulfilment Time: 2–7 business days

  • Shipping Time:

    • Europe: 5–10 business days

    • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please note, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs or courier delays.

Customs & Duties:
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

🔁 Returns & Refunds Policy

Because all products are custom-made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds unless your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

Product images are digital representations; actual products may vary slightly in color or design due to printing processes.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

🔄 Exchange Policy

As each product is printed individually upon order, we are unable to offer exchanges for incorrect sizes or buyer’s remorse. Please consult our size guides carefully before placing your order.

Orders may only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing your order. After this point, your order is sent for production and cannot be altered or refunded. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming payment.
